Winters at Rockaway Beach

Most people will ask why should I go to the beach during the winter...

Rockaway beach has lots to offer during our winter season:

During the winter you get the same or better sounds of the ocean, and ions in the air.
Bird watching and whale watching during the migration is something not to be missed. As there are alot more whales to see. You can even charter a boat or plane out to experience the awsome creatures.

Storm watching here is great! Being toasty warm inside and yet have the great view and sounds of the storm and the sea.
There are no crowds therefore making it a great place to get away from all the hustle and bustle.
There are lots more to do but the above are just some examples of what you can to look forward to.
